The maximum allowable power dissipation at any temperature is Pdmax = (Tjmax - TA)/ThetaJA or the number given in the Absolute Maximum Ratings, whichever is lower. Note 3: May exceed input supply voltage. Note 4: When used in dual-supply systems where the output terminal sees loads returned to a negative supply, the output voltage should be diode-clamped to ground. 3 |
