48 / 89 page  Commands codes LRI2K 48/89 20.2 Stay Quiet On receiving the Stay Quiet command, the LRI2K enters the Quiet State and does NOT send back a response. There is NO response to the Stay Quiet command even if an error occurs. When in the Quiet state: ● the LRI2K does not process any request if the Inventory_flag is set, ● the LRI2K processes any Addressed request The LRI2K exits the Quiet State when: ● it is reset (power off), ● receiving a Select request. It then goes to the Selected state, ● receiving a Reset to Ready request. It then goes to the Ready state. The Stay Quiet command must always be executed in the Addressed mode (Select_Flag is reset to 0 and Address_Flag is set to 1). Table 23.
