iIndex: Device index number when several USB readers are connected to

the computer USB port.

cPara: Character string containing

Device-ID: USB device serial number

DeviceHnd: USB channel device handle

FamilyName: Name of the device family corresponding to the device

connected to the USB channel

DeviceName: Name of the device connected to the USB channel

Present: USB device if connected (cValue=1) or disconnected (cValue

=0)

cValue: Value returned by the reader depending on cPara.

Returned value

0: no error

Otherwise FEUSB error code
