Application Circuit
The device has two capacitors C1 and C2 already integrated on the lead frame (47nF/4.7nF). These capacitors
increase the EMC robustness of the device. It is further recommended to use a serial resistor RSERIES of 100Ω for
protection on the supply line. A pull-up resistor RLOAD is mandatory on the output pin and determines the maximum
current flowing through the output transistor. A value of 1.2k
Ω is recommended. (see Figure 11)
