B | Page 11 of 13 APPLICATIONS INFORMATION EVALUATION PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) Generate the evaluation PCB used in this application with proper RF circuit design techniques. Signal lines at the RF port must have 50 Ω impedance, and the package ground leads and exposed paddle must be connected directly to the ground plane similar to what is shown in Figure 34. Use a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes. Mount the evaluation board to an appropriate heat sink.
