Enable a pulldown for LDO ANA2 (pin RGB3). If RGB3

current sink or the external charge pump is used, leave

this bit at default 0; if the LDO ANA2 is used in a system,

set this bit always to 1

0 = pulldown is disabled

1 = pulldown is enabled; has only effect if LDO ANA2 is

off (ldo_ana2_on = 0)
