AS0260: 1/6-Inch 1080P High-Definition (HD) System-On-A-Chip (SOC) Digi- tal Image Sensor The sensor core uses a Bayer color pattern, as shown in Figure 10. The even-numbered rows contain green and red pixels; odd-numbered rows contain blue and green pixels. Even-numbered columns contain green and blue pixels; odd-numbered columns contain red and green pixels. Figure 10: Pixel Color Pattern Detail (Top Right Corner) The AS0260 sensor core pixel array is shown with pixel (0,0) in the top right corner, which reflects the actual layout of the array on the die. Figure 11 on page 13 shows the image shown in the sensor during normal operation. When the image is read out of the sensor, it is read one row at a time, with the rows and columns sequenced.
